Villa Meliva – A Love Story in the Heart of Tuscany

The name Meliva was not chosen at random. It was born from two cherished elements of my life: Melanie, my beautiful and extraordinary wife, and Oliva, inspired by the olive trees that embrace our garden. Together, they form the soul of this villa — a place filled with warmth, elegance, and character.
Villa Meliva is nestled at the foot of the ancient Castello Montecchio Vesponi, a hidden gem between the historic town of Castiglion Fiorentino and the world-famous Cortona – known from the book and film Under the Tuscan Sun. From the villa, you overlook the charming town of Castiglion Fiorentino, as if time has gently paused.
The sun slowly glides over the hills, its light dancing through the olive trees, as you enjoy an espresso or a fine glass of local wine.
